Introduce yourself clearly and be prepared to have a general conversation with the interviewer until you are settled.
Body language is important during an interview, so ensure you have good eye contact, are sitting facing the interviewer and are listening intently?
Make notes if you need to, as long as you ask permission from the interviewer, this can sometimes demonstrate active listening skills.
Make sure your personality comes through as we want to see the ‘real you’.
This interview is as much for you as it is for us, you need to make sure that HC-One is the right choice for you and somewhere that you’d love to work and fit in, so feel free to ask us anything.
Try not to be too nervous, take a breath, and compose yourself before answering any questions.
Don’t be afraid to ask the interviewer if there are any questions you don’t fully understand.
At the end of the interview, if we don’t explain the next steps, feel free to ask, so you understand what will happen next.
