Quality Administrator

About The Role

6 month Fixed Term Contract

As Quality Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretariate support to colleagues within the Quality function, ensuring the smooth running of diaries, schedule of work, and providing wider departmental administrative support.

You will take responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and management of important documents and files.  You will act as the first point of contact handling complex and confidential situations and requests and will frequently liaise with senior level internal and external stakeholders.

This role is hybrid working.

Closing Date:  Monday 16th September 2024

About You

With experience of operating as an administrator to multiple individuals, you are well planned, organised, and able to meet continuous deadlines in a fast-paced environment and when under pressure.

You are able to work autonomously, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and have experience of gathering, analysing, collating complex and confidential information and managing diary activity.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Significant tact and integrity is required to manage the sensitive nature of information that the role will manage.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
